Welcome to tai chi 4 balance

 

This Website will be aimed at teaching improved balance through Tai Chi and other Awareness exercises.

Tai Chi focuses on Slow, Relaxed and Balanced movement and can help those

with balance problems to improve their balance both physically and mentally.

For those without balance problems, improvements can still be made

in balance and awareness of body posture and mental focus.

I teach Senior Tai Chi classes for the Will country Senior services center

along with my friend Wayne Jupiter.
